Thank you for supporting my small business. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the refund policy below:

🛑 Custom Orders

  • All custom, personalized, or made‑to‑order items are non‑refundable.
  • This includes items with names, dates, colors, team details, photos, or any design created specifically for you.
  • If there is an error on my end (wrong size, wrong design, incorrect spelling based on the form submitted), I will gladly correct it.

📦 Standard Products

  • Non‑custom items may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

🚚 Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
  • I will replace the item or offer store credit depending on the situation.

💳 Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once design work or production has begun.
