2. Custom Orders

• All custom, personalized, or made‑to‑order items are final sale and non‑refundable.
• Custom orders begin production once payment is received.
• Any design proofs must be approved by the customer before production. Approval confirms accuracy of spelling, colors, and details.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice.
• Payment is required in full before production begins.
• Sales tax is applied where required by law.

4. Shipping & Processing

• Processing times vary by product and are listed on each item page.
• Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Custom items are non‑refundable.
• Standard (non‑custom) items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours with photos.

6. Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
• Custom orders cannot be canceled once design work or production has started.

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs, artwork, product photos, and branding are the property of Pitcher & Valor LLC.
• Customers may not copy, reproduce, or resell any designs without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pitcher & Valor LLC is not responsible for:

• Misuse of products
• Allergic reactions to materials
• Delays caused by third‑party carriers
• Losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer
